Garden Big Pour (aka punch bowl)

The Idea:

One big, beautiful punch bowl of something delicious. You make it before everyone arrives, you set it out, and you never think about drinks again. Your guests help themselves, it looks gorgeous on the table, and you actually get to enjoy your own party. I am turning this into a full series because every gathering needs one and I want to give you a Big Pour for every occasion.

We are starting with this one. It is floral, fizzy, and refreshing. And the best part? No measuring cups. No extra dishes. You grab the bottles, you pour them in, and you are done.

What You Need:

  • A bottle of prosecco (I love LaMarca)

  • 1/3 of a jug of lemonade

  • 1/2 bottle of white grape juice

  • A heavy splash of elderflower liqueur (St.Germain is my go-to)

  • A container of raspberry sorbet

  • Lemon, mint, and edible flowers to garnish (if you want!)

That is your whole grocery list. Throw it all in the fridge when you get home and forget about it until party time.

How to Assemble:

Pour your lemonade and white grape juice into the bowl. Add the elderflower liqueur and give it one good stir. Pour your prosecco slowly down the side of the bowl so you keep the bubbles. Drop a few scoops of raspberry sorbet right in the center and watch it melt into the most beautiful blush swirl. Finish with your garnishes and walk away!
